2025–2026 Impact Report

Every PTSA membership, donation, and volunteer hour directly enriches our students, supports our staff, and strengthens our school community. Here is a look at what we accomplished together this past year!

Supporting Student Success & Campus Needs

• $5,000 in Senior Scholarships: Awarded five $1,000 scholarships to graduating 2026 Seniors.

• $1,200+ in Teacher Mini-Grants: Directly funded essential classroom and extracurricular resources:

  • E. Miesner: Earbuds, headphone jacks, graphing calculators, and lab kits

  • B. Welser: UIL Academics Club funding

  • R. Soden: Media Tech film poster frames

  • D. Sanders: Student artwork display frames

  • J. Ramirez: Presentation folders

  • L. Aguilar: Band breathing materials and Yearbook SD cards

• $1,200 for Library Books: Expanded reading options for the ARS library.

• $1,000 for Campus Supplies: Assisted administration with general school-wide needs.

• $1,000 for Uniform Assistance: Purchased uniform items to support students in need.

• Senior Recognition: Purchased and distributed Senior Yard Signs for every graduating Senior, plus allocated $750 for the 8th Grade Pathway Celebration.

Building & Engaging Our Community

• 3rd Annual Community Homecoming Tailgate: Unified our campus while giving clubs and booster teams a platform to raise funds.

• Parent Connections & Education: Hosted Welcome Coffees (June 6th Grade Transition Camp & August 1st Day of School), Parent Lounges at student events, Parent Panels at Showcase/Orientation, and Parent Info Meetings (topics included AI and Menopause).

• Hispannos Events: Hosted numerous community gatherings to support and connect our Spanish-speaking families.

• Campus Improvement Days: Popstars hosted multiple Saturday campus beautification, offering great service hours for younger Stars.

• Community Grants: Direct donations supporting the ACPTA Mini-Grant program and the AISD Library Fund.

Showing Love to Our Teachers & Staff

• Monthly Refreshments & Luncheons: Hosted monthly themed refreshments and  two funded PTSA luncheons, with one luncheon generously donated by Madam Mam’s.

• Annual Gift Card Drive: Thanks to generous community donations, every staff member got to pick $50 worth of gift cards from a holiday grab bag, with the remaining cards used for fun end-of-year raffles. 

• Clear the List Campaign: Successfully promoted teacher Amazon wishlists to get classrooms fully stocked.

• Spiritwear Sales:$13,000.00

• Sponsorship Banners:$8,500.00

• Used Uniform Sales:$3,165.00 (Unusable skirts upcycled into Senior Keychains!)
